ZFS On FreeBSD 7
From FBSD_tips
[edit] EXPERIMENTAL
Before creating my Samba File Server I had originally wanted to use ZFS for the file system. Currently I'm using graid3 which is great due to be stable and already native to FreeBSD. Yet current software raids lack the functionality ZFS offers. Now I know you're thinking why use something unstable in production. Well the reasoning is simple, ZFS is freaking awsome. My users tend to delete files "accidentally" on a regular basis. Yes I know that my article deals with that but it still lacks the features ZFS has! So as a result I'll test it out and report my results as well as configurations here.
